Pen 2 Paper Services, LLC was founded by LaSonya Turner DeBose — a government contracting strategist and compliance specialist with real, hands-on experience inside the systems our clients navigate every day. LaSonya worked directly within state and federal program administration — conducting compliance reviews, managing USDA nutrition programs, overseeing grant reporting, and building the SOPs that keep programs running.
